GARMIN chest strap HRM-Run
The textile chest strap with rubberized contact surfaces guarantees maximum comfort, easy handling and measuring quality. The ANT + transmission technology makes it the optimal chest strap for training in the group or busy places like gyms. The strap is made of a soft material and offers high wearing comfort. The size is individually adjustable so that the belt is securely attached to the body during the activity.
After the first pairing with your compatible device, the devices are automatically detected each time.
The HRM-Run heart rate chest strap collects advanced running efficiency data and sends it to quality Garmin Forerunner® running watches. The seamless strap is comfortable and easy to adjust The module is small, light and as narrow as the strap. The care of the device is completely trouble-free. The strap can be easily washed by hand thanks to the waterproofness of the module.
The HRM run provides 6 running efficiency data:
- Step frequency: The number of steps per minute.
- Vertical movement: The high-low movement of your running movement. It shows the vertical
Movement of the trunk in centimeters for each step.
- Ground Contact Time: The time per step (in milliseconds) that you take while running on the ground
spend.
- Balance of ground contact time: The ratio of left and right of your ground contact time
Running (in percent). For example, it is displayed as 53.2 along with an arrow that
pointing to the left or right.
- Stride Length: The length of your stride from one step to the next, measured in meters.
- Vertical Ratio: The ratio of vertical movement to stride length (in percent). On
Lower value usually indicates a better running shape.
This real-time data helps athletes increase their performance by providing information to help them improve their running style on their premium Garmin Forerunner® running watch.
