GARBARUK chainring Direct Mount 1-way narrow-wide for Sram GXP | BB30 crank

Garbaruk is a company from Ukraine, which has its roots in motorsports.
Design and production of tuning parts for engines and chassis were to haul horse company Garbaruk. The experience and knowledge gained leave keen on cycling brothers Garbaruk today included in the production of bicycle parts. All steps of design, production happen to surface finishing under one roof.

7075-T6 aluminum from Germany is the raw material from which the chainrings Garbaruk CNC machined are consuming. The chainrings have some features that differ from competitors.


narrow-wide teeth

In order to keep the chain without chain guide securely in place, the teeth have a special profile of narrow and wide teeth alternately. For this to be given under very gruff and rough conditions, the teeth of Garbaruk chainrings are about 40% longer than usual manufactured teeth. Furthermore, the teeth are shaped such that even in muddy conditions, the chainring works very well. Dirt and mud will be removed when overflowing the chain effectively.

We recommend the use of a rear derailleur with increased cage voltage (Sram Type 2-3, Shimano Shadow +), what the chain to reliably holds in position and prevents disengagement of track links.


Direct Mount Assembly

The chainring is mounted directly on the crank arm and replaces the previous Spider possible.
The result is a clean look that saves weight, while providing excellent rigidity.


VCLT (Variable ChainLine Technology)

Garbaruk works with all Direct Mount chainrings with a changing chain line, which is dependent on the number of teeth. For other manufacturers a fixed chain line is common that must be ctuben but that larger chainrings not touch the chainstay.
The smaller the Garbaruk chainring, the closer it is possible to place it on the chain stay.
The chain line is thus even more optimally, since the chainring is almost centrally to the cassette.
