EXTRALITE front hub CyberFront SP-X | Quick release
It has been known for some time that the Italians around Extralite create small CNC artworks. With the development of cyberhubs, they have outdone themselves. The hub body is CNC machined from high-strength 7075TX aluminum. This revolves around a 14mm aluminum axle with double sealed low friction deep groove ball bearings. By very far outwardly arranged spoke flanges, the rigidity of the impeller, without additional weight, extremely increased. The revised micro-tuner allows easy and fast bearing preload without tools.
The cyberhubs were designed for use with straight, straight pull spokes. Advantages include a better distribution of the emerging loads, a slightly stiffer wheel and a minimization of spoke breaks. The spoke flanges are specially treated to military standard and allow by a self-adjusting spokes recording the reduction of high static torsional forces.
All the application of Italian brain lard results in a 44g lightweight hub that lets the tech-savvy racing cyclist & crosser fold his jaw down.
We will gladly make you an offer for a complete custom wheelset with hubs and spokes of your choice. Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org !
