ENVE Pressure Relief Valve Nuts | SV 1 pair
The Pressure Relief valve nut is designed to prevent damage to carbon rims, which can occur as a result of incorrectly laid tubeless rim tape. If the seal between the tire and the rim is not properly guaranteed, high air pressure can build up in the hollow chamber of the rim - with the possible consequence that the rim flank is delaminated. The Pressure Relief valve nut prevents this reliably because the air can escape through small ventilation channels on the inside of the valve nut. If, for example, you hear air escaping from the valve nut while inflating, this is a sign of a damaged tubeless seal.
Recommended for all SES wheels that are ridden tubeless - but also for tubeless wheels from other manufacturers.
