DUKE Rim 29 "Lucky Jack Carbon UD tubeless ready
The Lucky Jack by DUKE is a very light and wide rim for cross country and marathon use.
With a weight of 340g (manufacturer's specification), the weight is remarkably low. The dimensions of the rim have great added value. With 30.9 mm outside and 25.6 mm inside, the rim offers not only excellent lateral stiffness, but also an optimum support width for the tire. Even at low air pressure, the driver does not have a spongy feel, as the tire can buckle to the side. Grip and comfort of tire increase remarkably! Of course the rim can be driven with sealing milk tubeless.
The rims are provided with an asymmetrical rim profile, which results in a more uniform angle of attack of the spokes. This optimization of the spoke angle brings a multitude of advantages. The storage voltage on both sides can be better matched, which is beneficial to the durability of the spokes and the entire impeller. The normally direction-dependent lateral stiffness is also adjusted so that the impeller appears more rigid.
For the rim a driver's weight restriction (including clothing and luggage): of 90 kg!
