Description

DUGAST Tubular Pipistrello Flying Doctor Cross 28 | 700 x 32C Tubular

Tubular by Dugast have cult status among cross racers and found remarkably often at Worldcup race in the front riders. Its special feature is the classic production method in which adhered to the cotton fabric rubber tread and then the tube is sewn. The high flexibility of the cotton fabric can even be reached by today's high-tech fibers only in the beginning.
The result is a very sensitive working sidewall, which provides in combination with the other components of traction, ride comfort and rolling behavior on top level.
The 'Flying Doctor' version is built with a more robust and more rigid carcass with stronger tissue in order to realize even lower air pressures while driving can. The special rubber compound of semi-slick with diamond profile is optimized for fastest surfaces like hard bottom, flat lawn or firm sand.

The Pipistrello Flying Doctor is a very fast tire thanks to its diamond-shaped profiles of sandy soils and on grass provides sufficient grip.
