DT SWISS wheelset 29 "XM 1501 Spline One 30 mm
The DT Swiss Spline One impellers are constructed from the finest ingredients of traditional Swiss manufacturer. With modern rim profiles with large inner diameter combined in a lightweight package, they have the features that are needed on the trail. With proven hub inner life and high Einspeichqualität spline wheelsets are raised in terms of durability and robustness beyond doubt. The XR 1501 is the lightest wheelset with aluminum rim in assortment of DT Swiss. With its low weight, it can accelerate slightly and is therefore ideal for cross country missions. The wheelset is supplied with extensive accessories (see delivery).
With the modular design, the spline hub can be converted without tools on all major Achsstandards. Likewise, most maintenance and the onset of another rotor without special tools are possible. The proven toothed disc freewheel ensures not only the typical DT Swiss hub sound, but also a very direct load path every 10 degrees above 36 teeth. Yet this power is transmitted very uniformly on the impeller, which makes this recovery type virtually indestructible.
Tubeless Ready wheels
All wheels of the spline wheel sets are equipped with a tubeless compatible profile. Thus, only Tubelesstape must be glued and the supplied tubeless valves are used and the Spline wheelset is ready for tubeless use. Connected the rims by a special welding process, which is the best and most durable connection of a rim. Subsequent milling guarantees a technically and visually clean rim joint.
The spline wheelsets are built exclusively with Straightpull spokes. This ensures a very high rigidity in the impeller and by eliminating the delicate spokes arc for a very high durability. In addition, the spokes are two butted with a soich tapered midsection. This reduces the overall weight of the wheel set, and increases the durability of the spoke. PHR Nipple System
Represents Pro Head Reinforcement System, form a kind of ball joint at the nipple and rim. This ensures flächigere contact area between the nipple and rim whereby the nipple can do easily themselves. Thus, the spokes are always at the proper angle to the rim and the forces can be better transmitted. The DT Squorx nipples have on the underside a Torx recording, which ensures a better tool mount for a more precise centering. On the external side, the Squorx nipple can still be tightened with a conventional standard nipple key.
