DT SWISS Service Kit ratchet version with 54 teeth Ratchet EXP system for 180 hub
With these toothed discs you can service your DT Swiss 180 hub with Ratchet EXP freewheel system or upgrade it to finer gearing. With 54 teeth, a pressure angle of approx. 6.7° is achieved in order to ensure very quick response under all conditions. The set contains the ball bearings of the freewheel body. You can find the DT Swiss Disassembly Tool required for disassembling the screwed toothed disc of the DT Swiss Ratchet EXP system in our shop.
NOTE: Tooth lock washers and springs must always be changed at the same time!
The use of DT Swiss special grease is recommended for greasing the toothed discs.
