The rim is connected with the sleeve joint procedure. A molded part is pressed uniformly into both ends of the rim profile and the rim is put together. Convinced of the robustness, DT Swiss releases the rim up to a system weight of 110 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims of the current program, the X 412 is also ideally suited for tubeless operation. Only one suitable tubeless tape, tubeless valves and sealing milk is required.
