The tried and tested, toothed disc freewheel with 18 teeth is extremely reliable and hardly has to shy away from the comparison to the Swiss clockwork. The bearing technology with 2 bearings for the freewheel body and the hub body is adapted to the loads that occur. The labyrinth sealing system together with the grinding seals and steel bearing rings ensure a long service life. Should service be necessary after tens of thousands of kilometers, the hubs can be dismantled and serviced within a few minutes thanks to the DT Swiss plug-in system.
