The eggbeater are the epitome of a brilliantly simple yet extremely well-functioning pedal construction, according to the motto "as much as necessary, as little as possible".
From 2016 the pedals inside high-quality premium Igus bearings and external bearings of Enduro Bearing get donated. In addition, the current version in a revised double lip seal and an improved external seal around the replaced bearing more effectively against the elements to protect and ensure long-lasting smoothness.
The open design provides immunity to dirt and mud so that a comfortable entry on all 4 sides pedal even under adverse conditions is possible.
