The newly developed GripLock system improves the steerer tube clamping to counteract the increased forces that occur with long-stroke forks. The multi-part end cap is equipped with a slotted cone ring which enables an even easier connection between the steerer tube and the head tube.
Chris King grants a lifelong guarantee on his products (after registration), this gives you the security that the whole bike life.
Note:
The InSet i2 is for tapered steerer tubes with 1 1/8 "InSet bearing shell above and 1.5" InSet below. With the Chris King 1.5 "- 1 1/8" Devolution Baseplate available in our shop, this headset is also compatible for continuous 1 1/8 "steerer tubes.
