The fastest jockey wheel system is now also available for your cross, gravel and racing bike with SRAM Force 1 or Rival 1 with Type 3 rear derailleur.
The Oversized Pulley Wheel System X (OSPW X) from CERAMICSPEED is the logical consequence for minimizing friction. The large rear derailleur rollers with 14 teeth at the top and 18 teeth at the bottom significantly minimize the chain's radii of wrap, which results in less friction. In addition, the larger derailleur rollers offer a longer service life than other systems on the market. Thanks to the narrow-wide profile of the teeth, your chain stays exactly where it belongs in any situation.
Technically, the OSPW X system is equipped with high-performance bearings and a special ceramic ball made of third-degree silicon nitride (best achieved for ceramic bearings). The ball bearing cage is made of reinforced polyamide, with a race made of hardened steel and a polished groove. The CERAMICSPEED bearing balls are 15% harder, 100% more supple and 99% more resilient than standard ceramic balls. CERAMICSPEED bearings are considered the best ceramic bearings in the world.
The bearing cage consists of carbon fibers that have been reinforced with polyamide so that the forces can be better distributed and absorbed and your rear derailleur works perfectly even in the most adverse conditions.
maintenance
To maintain performance and longevity, it is important to lubricate the bearings carefully. Simply apply oil to the bearing seals so that the oil can penetrate the bearing. Do this when lubricating the chain, or after washing the wheel, or after driving in wet and muddy conditions.
IMPORTANT
When traveling, please remember to disassemble the complete rear derailleur, since the fewest bicycle transport bags offer enough space for the OSPW system. The OSPW X system only fits Type 3 rear derailleurs! The Cagelock can only be used if it is in the 8 o'clock position!
