Further development, timelessly beautiful design and outstanding rigidity are the result of this bottle holder after consistent construction under the laws of strength and lightweight construction. According to the "form follows function" principle, the reinforcing fibers are only used where they are actually needed. The highest quality materials from the aerospace industry do their part, while a cost-intensive manufacturing process ensures the necessary process reliability.
Version 2.1 is 2 grams heavier and has a plastic coating, which protects and holds your drinking bottle even better.
The focus was on the weakness of many light bottle cages. The lower nose and the screw receptacle have been significantly reinforced and can definitely not break due to the weight of a bottle. The manufacturer gives a lifelong guarantee. The main innovation, however, is the bracket of the bottle holder! These are individually manufactured by hand and are extremely stiff. This advantage is particularly evident when driving in the toughest terrain. The holder hardly gives the bottle a chance to wiggle or swing open, making it perfect for mountain bikes or cyclocrossers. The round design of the bracket makes it easier to quickly insert all standard bicycle water bottles and protects them from scratches.
Another decisive advantage is the aerodynamics without a drinking bottle. In racing, drinking bottles are often removed towards the end of the race to save weight and improve aerodynamics. Compared to a conventional bottle holder, approx. 7 watts can be saved.
