The hub body of the X-Hub SL rear wheel hub is CNC machined and turns around a multi-butted aluminum axis. Due to the diameter of 17 mm, this gives the hub considerable rigidity. Four high-quality, double-sealed ball bearings from the bearing specialist SKF are installed, which ensure a permanently silky smooth running. The axle play can be easily adjusted from the outside by hand. The new Pre-Load setting ring is now easier to use.
The freewheel engages over four pawls, each with three teeth, in a 56-speed titanium toothed ring in order to be able to withstand the performance of performance-oriented drivers. Weighing under 200g, the X-Hub is one of the lightest rear wheel hubs on the market.
