Beast Components was founded in 2016 by students at the Lightweight Design Chair in Dresden. In view of their origin, it was important from the outset to incorporate the latest scientific methods and the current state of the art into the development of the products. The close cooperation with the Institute for Lightweight Construction at the TU Dresden also helps them in this regard.
Beast Components products are characterized by their combination of lightweight construction, stability and extraordinary optics. But the company founders are also aware of their social responsibility. Instead of outsourcing production to Asia, all components are handmade in Germany and tested in-house. Because the fiber structure of the components is not hidden behind a layer of paint, the high manufacturing quality and clean processing are obvious.
Elegant and ultra-comfortable - with its extravagant shape, the Ultra Bar sets new standards in terms of ergonomics. The uniquely shaped corner areas of the top link are particularly striking. With their large contact surface, they are extremely comfortable in a relaxed, upright sitting position and distribute the contact pressure evenly over the palm of your hand. The nerve tracts are thus significantly less stressed and the risk of hand pain and numb fingers is significantly reduced. The area around the hoods also has an enlarged contact surface and additionally flattened outer edges, which enable a relaxed side and corner grip. With their narrow curvature, the drops ensure perfect compatibility with the latest generation of shift/brake levers. The gentle curve provides comfortable hand positioning for optimal power transfer. Visually, the Gravel Bar impresses with its flawless carbon structure and the subtle, black Beast logo.
