ALBA Optics have set themselves the goal of bringing a classic Italian eyewear design back to life and equipping it with the latest technologies and materials. This company idea led to the launch of the Alba Optics Delta glasses model. Right from the start, the focus for the company founders was that the glasses were produced entirely in their home country of Italy. In addition, production partners were selected who could keep the ecological footprint in the production process as small as possible and still guarantee the highest possible quality. Even if Alba Optics glasses stand for the highest performance, top rankings are not a priority for the brand, but rather getting you to your destination on your cycling and outdoor adventures under all conditions.
The Solo model was designed to support you on multi-day adventures in different climatic conditions. Their retro-modern style is dedicated to the type of rider who wants to discover the world alone on the bike.

Tr90 frame
Tr90 is a nylon-carbon composite material that is harmless to the skin even after heavy wear. In contrast to conventional frame materials, it is 20% lighter and offers better protection in the event of a fall thanks to its high deformability and resistance to breakage. If the material is severely bent, it will snap back to its original shape.

Adjustable temples
The temples of the Solo can be adjusted in length over 4 different positions. Thanks to the robust design, the set position remains securely fixed.

VZUM Lens glasses
The VZUM lenses are made from an ultra-lightweight and extremely durable polycarbonate plastic. A special coating ensures particularly high scratch resistance, a long service life and an optimal field of vision. Its smooth surface allows rainwater to roll off without leaving any residue. In addition to complete protection against harmful UV radiation and the absorption of infrared radiation, the various VZUM lenses offer a fine balance between color perception, contrast and blue light filters.

Glass color F-Lens BTL
The self-tinting ones F-Lens BTL glasses are ideal for both sunny and cloudy conditions. Their photochromic molecules are integrated into the polymer mass of the lenses and ensure rapid darkening in sunny conditions. The mirrored lenses have a blue light transmittance of 18% to 69%.

Fully compatible with Optical Clip
With the optional clip-on optical clip, you can attach prescription lenses to your solo glasses.

Detachable flaps
The clip-on side flaps protect your eyes in particularly bright or dusty conditions.

Optimized ventilation
A vertical opening in the middle of the frame and horizontal cut-outs on the top of the lenses ensure optimal ventilation, which effectively prevents the lenses from fogging up.
