The reasons for charging a minimum order value are import regulations of the respective countries.
Exports up to a certain value would have to be charged by us with the country-specific VAT. Unfortunately, this regulation is not applicable in our shop system.
Therefore we have to charge a minimum order value. Exports above the threshold (minimum order value) can be charged and shipped without VAT as usual.
Customs clearance including the calculation of import duty and import VAT takes place in the destination country.
Minimum order value by country
Great Britain: 160 € incl. shipping costs (7,50 € DHL, 12,50 € UPS, 27,50 € DHL bulky goods)
Norway: 265 € incl. shipping costs (7,50 € DHL, 12,50 € UPS, 27,50 € DHL bulky goods)
Singapore: 280 € incl. shipping costs (29,50 € DHL, 49,50 € DHL bulky goods)
In order to avoid paying unnecessary shipping costs, we recommend that you select the order quantity in such a way that the minimum order value is reached in total.
Let's take an order from Great Britain as an example. If your ordered goods have a value of at least 152,50 €, you only pay the standard shipping costs of 7,50 €, because positions
reach the minimum order value of 160 €. If you choose UPS shipping for 12.50 €, for example, you should have goods worth at least 147.50 € in your shopping basket.
If you are only a few euros short of the minimum order value, we recommend filling up your shopping cart with food or screws.
For orders below the minimum order value, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly so that the total is at least 160 € (GB), 265 € (NO) or 280 € (SG) and thus
is therefore above the stated thresholds.
